If you want to make it easier on those emailing you to know communication will be delayed and who to contact while you're away, setting up automatic replies is the way to go. Automated responses will remain on until the end of your specified \"out of office\" period. If you chose not to determine a period, automatic replies would be on indefinitely until you turn them off.
The Outlook for MAC search \"No Results\" problem, can appear after updating MAC OS or Office for MAC from one release to another or can appear suddenly without an obvious reason. In such cases the Outlook Search function in Outlook 2011 for MAC or in Outlook 2016 for MAC does not work and returns \"No Results\" when you try to find something in Outlook mail program that you know it exists. Despite the Outlook search problem, SPOTLIGHT is working correctly and displays results.
same problem here but finally found what works for me. I reindexed, I removed my account and added it again, I even migrated my laptop all over again and nothing. Finally what worked was to reindex the entire hard drive. I spent 2 long days trying to get this figured out.1.Make sure outlook is closed, click on apple icon>system preferences>spotlight>click on privacy tab2.then add \"Macintosh HD\" to the list by either dragging it or clicking the + button3.close the window and restart computer.4.go back to click on apple icon>system preferences>spotlight>click on privacy tab and select Macintosh HD and hit the -minus button to remove it.5.leave laptop on for about an hour, make sure it doesn't turn off and hopefully it works for you like it did me.I am using MBPro 16\" Monterey 12.0.1 M1max chip 16.55 version outlook. and I kept the old outlook, not the new one.
We have a very idiotic problem with microsoft office for mac 2011 and hoping there is an easy fix. We finally started to support mac and we currently only have about 5 mac users. Well one user is starting to complain that he can not properly create hyperlinks in outlook because there is no finder search capability for the hyperlink. The only option you have is to physically type in the URL or to copy and paste it from a finder (which we have yet to be able to figure out how to do).
I have the same issue as Nasir Farooq: cant paste (using Command V) any file/image into an outlook 2011 message. Every time i try to do that, only a link to that location is copied in the message but not the actual file or image. Slow work around is ine up windows and drag - a problem if on different desktops; or use the attach function in outlook and browse for the file.
If that sounds complicated, then just format and create your entire signature in word, and select the entire thing and copy it over. The hyperlink will remain. This absolutely works for outlook mac 2011. 153554b96e
