Last year a set of dark sound packs were released on their trance label, and have since become one of the more popular Ambient in-house packs. These two sets of sounds combine their darker side with a more complex, layered approach to the genre, to give a more organic and unique feel to their productions.
Thumbtronic are a label run by @Thumbtronic and are responsible for such seminal releases as Thumbtronic , 0201-0-2 , Metallic , Dark , Stylish , Modern and Electro . Following on from their Trance and Tech label series, Thumbtronic have now expanded into the world of Urban Ambient with their own in-house brand, Thumbtronic Urban. All of Thumbtronic Urban's content is based around a relaxed, alternative style of Urban Ambient, which is perfect for those who love the sounds of the genre, but don't necessarily want to be bound down to the more traditional interpretations of the style.
This pack is available to download as a Serum Presets, Wav Loops and Midi. Presets are available in all tempos. Preset and Midi Loops are available in all keys. The Wav Loops are keyed in the key of f.
In detail expect to find 217 MB of content with all audio recorded at 24 Bit 44.1 kHz. 64 Serum Presets are broken down as 20 bass presets, 13 lead presets, 10 pad presets, 8 perc presets, 7 arp presets and 6 texture presets.
The included 64 Preset files are organized into 6 folders: Bass, Lead, Pad, Perc, Arp and Texture. Each folder includes 20 presets selected from the 128 presets in the sound set. The library comes supplied with a Midi interface, 44.1 kHz Wav and Aiff loops. Also included is presets to change all the parameters of the included presets.
